      Villa Alegria was designed to ensure you are never far from the indigo waters of the Caribbean Sea, the gentle caress of the cooling trade winds and the panoramic ocean views. The sugar sands of Sandy Point Beach are just a few seconds walk down a paved foot path. The oceanfront pool is one of the largest private pools on island.

      Sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and mountains of St. Martin surround this 4- to 5-bedroom Cul de Sac home. Near Sandy Point Beach and Anguilla’s Blowing Point, the villa is close to golf, tennis and the best West End restaurants.

    • Walk down the paved path to the beach

      Secluded Sandy Point Beach is just a one-minute stroll down a paved footpath to snorkel, swim and relax. Portable beach chairs and towels, as well as beach volleyball and bean bags are provided. Most Anguilla villas don’t have as effortless beach access as Villa Alegria.

      Ample cushioned seating and shady umbrellas grace the villa’s expansive terrace, porticos and pavilions.

      Alegria has one of the largest private pools on island. Refresh in the 900 square foot infinity pool with adjacent Jacuzzi hot tub. Day or night, they are the perfect vantage point for enjoying Anguilla’s best views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin.

    • Seaside dreams

      Villa Alegria has four bedrooms — three with king beds and one with two, full-size beds. Every bedroom has an ensuite bath. All are air-conditioned with access to the pool terrace or second floor balconies. Leave the windows and doors open to the evening and morning views, or close the shutters for more privacy. The media lounge has a pull-out sofabed and serves as a fifth bedroom.

    • Deluxe Master Suite

      This private hideaway is located on the main floor of the villa off of the great room and opens to the terrace and ocean views. Includes a king bed, flat-screen TV and ensuite bath.

    • Ensuite Deluxe Master Bathroom

      The main floor Deluxe Master Bath has a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, double sinks and an outdoor seating area.

    • Guest House Master Suite

      Tucked off on its own from the main wing of the villa, is a private Guest House. This romantic getaway has a king bed, ensuite bath with an indoor shower, plus an outdoor shower. The bedroom’s doors and windows open to its own corner of the pool terrace with vistas of the sea.

    • Second Floor Master Suite

      On the second floor is our Second Floor Master Suite with a king bed and private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. This elegant retreat has an ensuite bath with double sinks and shower.

    • Second Floor Guest Suite With Two Full Beds

      Also on the second floor is the Third Bedroom with two full-size beds. Ideal for kids or adults. This sweet hideaway has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combination and opens to a private oceanfront balcony.

    • Media Lounge or 5th Bedroom

      The main floor Media Lounge and Office, has a flat-screen TV, desk, door that shuts and a comfortable pull-out sofabed, and can be used as a fifth bedroom. A half-bath is down the hall. Cribs and roll-away beds can be arranged.

      The indoor living spaces at Villa Alegria offer all the comforts of home, but are even better. Elegant without being pretentious. Spacious, yet intimate.

    • Gourmet chef’s kitchen

      The kitchen is fully-equipped with premium stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking gadgets, basic pantry items such as dish soap and paper towels and other essentials. We can stock with all of your favorite foods and drinks (cost of goods plus a small service charge) or add an optional private chef (additional charge).

    • Spacious indoor great room opens to covered outdoor living room

      Comfortable sofas invite you to sink in and relax after a day exploring or in the sun. It’s a perfect place to gather with family and friends.

    • Private indoor gym

      Adjacent to the main house is a private, air-conditioned indoor gym that is outfitted with a TV, free weights, a professional Precor elliptical trainer and Precor treadmill, as well as yoga mats, DVDs and more.

    • Technology when you need it

      The villa is equipped with excellent WiFi, as well as a fax machine and land-line phones. There is also a full-villa stereo system and ipod docking stations. Each of the four bedrooms and media lounge (fifth bedroom) has a flat-screen TV. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa and zoned air conditioning in the bedrooms and non open-air interior rooms.

    • Indoor and alfresco dining

      Dine inside in the formal dining room that seats 8, or in your choice of alfresco dining and seating areas around the property. High chairs can be arranged. There is also a wine fridge.

    • Outdoor kitchen with Viking gas grill

      Grill up some tangy ribs, fresh fish or Anguilla’s lobster-like crayfish in the outdoor kitchen with Viking gas grill.
