Villa Alegria is professionally managed by our expert 24-hour on-call concierge and local staff. From daily housekeeping to coordinating airport transfers, tee times and snorkel trips, to arranging optional pampering services such as in-villa massages and a private chef, we will organize everything so you don’t have to. Layer as many services as you like to create a personalized, custom experience.
Blurs the lines between indoors and outdoors
A series of porticos, built-in banquettes, terraces, pools and outdoor baths, create a seamless transition between the comforts of this 7,000 square foot home and the drama of the seascape, and ensure you are never far form the caress of the cooling Caribbean breeze. Interior rooms are air conditioned, there are ceiling fans throughout and window shutters and doors can be closed. Due to the villa’s oceanfront location and the trade winds off the sea, bugs are not an issue at the villa.
Private indoor gym
Adjacent to the main house is a private, air-conditioned indoor gym that is outfitted with a TV, free weights, a professional Precor elliptical trainer and Precor treadmill, as well as yoga mats, DVDs and more.
4 bedrooms with ensuite baths, media room is 5th bedroom
Villa Alegria is rented as the full four-bedroom villa and accommodates 10 guests. With no extra per-person charge, you can bring along your nanny, personal assistant, other staff or let your teenagers bring a friend. Cribs and rollaways can be provided.

Villa Alegria sleeps eight to 10 guests and offers four luxurious, air conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bath and outdoor terrace or balcony. Robes and designer toiletries are provided and there are flat-screen TVs for a little late night movie watching.
Media Room Serves as 5th Bedroom
The media room has a door that shuts and a comfortable pull-out bed, and can be used as a fifth bedroom. Cribs and roll-away beds can also be arranged.

Deluxe Master Suite
This private hideaway is located on the main floor of the villa and opens to the terrace and ocean views. This luxurious retreat includes a king bed, spectacular ensuite bath with spacious shower, indoor soaking tub and outdoor Jacuzzi tub.
Guest House Master Suite
Tucked off on its own on the main floor, separate from the main villa building, is a private Guest House. This romantic getaway has a king bed, ensuite bath with an indoor shower, plus an outdoor shower,. The bedroom’s doors and windows open to a secluded corner of the pool terrace with vistas of the sea.
Second Floor Master Suite
On the second floor is another master-quality suite with a king bed and a private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The elegant room has an ensuite bath with a shower.
Second Floor Guest Suite With Two Full Beds
Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom with two full-size beds. Ideal for kids or adults, it has its own ensuite bath with tub/shower combination and opens to a private oceanfront balcony.
Outdoor terrace with infinity pool and jetted Jacuzzi
The edge of the 900 square foot infinity pool dissolves into the turquoise of the Caribbean Sea. Ample cushioned seating, lush gardens, peaceful fountains and shady umbrellas grace the villa’s expansive terrace, porticos and pavilions, as well as a soothing Jacuzzi spa. Bask in the sun, refresh in the waters and savor the vistas around you.
Spacious indoor great room opens to covered outdoor living room
Comfortable sofas invite you to sit down, put your feet up and relax after a day exploring the island. It’s a perfect gathering place for a family celebration or party with friends.
Gourmet chef’s kitchen
Fully-equipped with premium stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking essentials. Stock your fridge with fresh island foods (or we can stock it for you) and prepare in the kitchen or on the built-in outdoor BBQ gas grill. Or have our optional private chef cook for you!
Dine inside in the more formal eight-person dining room, or in your choice of alfresco dining and seating areas around the property. High chairs can be arranged and there is a dedicated fridge for wine storage.
Technology when you need it
The villa is equipped with wireless Internet access and long distance calls to the US, Canada and Europe are free via the Internet. The villa includes a fax machine and cordless phones, and we can also arrange for the use of a local cell phone. There is also a full-villa stereo system and ipod docking stations. Each of the four bedrooms has a flat-screen TV. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa and zoned air conditioning in the bedrooms and non open-air interior rooms.
