Rates & Policies

  • Our rates are per night in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
  • There is an additional 10% government tax and 5% staff/concierge gratuity.
  • We require a 50% deposit to secure your dates, which must be received within 3 days after we confirm your reservation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Villa availability is subject to change without notice.
  • Minimum number of nights required and varies by season, see Rates
  • Payment by wire/ACH is preferred.  MasterCard/VISA credit card, or PayPal can be used with surcharge.
  • Optional services such as our chef, grocery/wine stocking etc. may require additional fees.
  • No pets (contact us regarding service animals).
  • Cancellations: Full refund less 10% for administrative fees can be given for cancellations received at least 120 days before arrival date. For cancellations after 120 days to arrival date, please contact us.
